Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return your items with-in 10 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Special Occasion Wear, Clearance, Special Orders and “After the Holiday” items cannot be returned. The approved items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unwashed, unworn and must be free of odors such as smoke, mildew or perfume. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other items are treated as a new order. (Follow Return Authorization instructions). Order the new item online and we will ship it as promptly as possible. Your account will be credited when we receive your return.
We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.

Clearance items are “all sales final” because they are reduced 50% - 75% off.
At our discretion we may accept returns past the 10 days period. In this case, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. A 25% restocking fee will also be charged for any package that is returned to us, refused by the intended recipient.


Please follow these instructions for returning:

1. Email us, within 10 days of receiving items, at returns@emilysplayhouse.com  for the Return Authorization #.
2. This RA # needs to appear on the address labels on the outside of your return package. We cannot accept any returns without that Return Authorization #.
3. Please return the packing slip with the item circled that you are returning with an explanation why the item or items need returned.
4. Let us know if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know how we can help or simply order the new items online so they can be shipped as soon as possible. We will credit your account as soon as we receive your return and can only credit the credit card used in the original purchase.
5. Pack items securely and include the packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D.’s.
